Refund policy

WE GOT YOU. 30 DAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. There are some rules to returns or exchanges, which are;

  • the items must be undamaged & unworn
  • original tags are still attached
  • items returned with their original packaging

Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are ineligible for returns/exchanges unless damaged or faulty.

Refunds will not be offered for items that have been worn, damaged, or have missing tags.Β 

If you'd like to exchange for a new size or different product, please return the original and place a new order for right size/product. We don't offer a traditional exchange, instead you'll receive a full refund provided it meets ourΒ conditions listed above. There are no restocking fees.

Face Masks are non-returnable/exchangeable/refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Meanwhile, order your new size/product at ThriveWear.com
3. Send your original product back
4. Get a refund for the returned product.
5. All done!

International Orders (outside Australia)
BACK TO US - paid by you (we recommend you choose a carrier with tracking)

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Something not quite right? We’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty just email us at hello@thrivewear.comΒ with all the details such as;

  • explain what is damaged/faulty
  • any pictures of the damaged/faulty item.
  • order details
  • best contact details for yourself

We’ll then be in touch to see what’s happened and organised for the damaged product to be returned free of charge and a replacement product sent out ASAP.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (for Australian customers).
