ThrivePerks Terms & Conditions
Eligibility and Participation 1.1 The ThrivePerks loyalty points program ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have made a purchase from ThriveWear ("Brand").
1.2 By participating in the Program, participants agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms") and any future amendments.
1.3 Employees and immediate family members of Thrive Wear Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Earning Loyalty Points
2.1 Participants can earn loyalty points ("Points") by making eligible purchases from ThriveWear or by engaging in specific actions or activities determined by the Brand.
2.2 The rate at which Points are earned and the qualifying actions or purchases are at the sole discretion of ThriveWear.
2.3 Points may be awarded at different rates for different products or actions and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2.4 Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
3.1 ThriveWear may offer different loyalty tiers or status levels ("Tiers") based on a participant's accumulated Points or other qualifying criteria established by the Brand.
3.2 The Tiers may provide additional benefits, rewards, or privileges to participants, which may include but are not limited to exclusive discounts, early access to new releases, special events, or personalized offers.
3.3 The specific benefits and requirements for each Tier will be communicated by ThriveWear and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3.4 ThriveWear reserves the right to modify, adjust, or revoke a participant's Tier status based on changes in their Points balance or any other relevant factors.
Redemption of Loyalty Points
4.1 Participants can redeem their accumulated Points for eligible rewards or benefits provided by ThriveWear.
4.2 The available rewards, redemption values, and redemption procedures are determined by ThriveWear and may be subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Points may only be redeemed by the participant and cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual.
4.4 ThriveWear reserves the right to establish a minimum Points balance required for redemption and may impose additional restrictions on certain rewards or benefits.
Point Expiration and Account Termination
5.1 Points may have an expiration date, as determined by ThriveWear. Participants are responsible for using their Points before the expiration date.
5.2 ThriveWear reserves the right to terminate a participant's account and forfeit any accumulated Points if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected or if the participant violates these Terms.
5.3 In the event of account termination, ThriveWear is not liable for any lost or forfeited Points or any resulting damages.
Privacy and Data Protection
Program Modifications and Termination
7.1 ThriveWear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
7.2 ThriveWear is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
8.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.
