Delays to Recent Thrive Orders Due to COVID-19

A message for all of our customers:

It's with regret that we must inform you of some unexpected delays to order fulfilment. This is due to the continued impact of COVID-19. Unfortunately, some of our staff members have come down with the virus and have had to isolate. As you know, we’re a small business, and this has had an effect on our ability to honour our usual order and delivery timeframes.

As a result, any orders that have been or are placed between Friday, 14th January, and Monday, 24th January, could be affected by this delay. This means that it may take a little longer for your order to reach you. If your order was placed between these dates, please understand that we’re doing everything we can to get your awesome, new Thrive wear to you as soon as possible.

We really do apologise for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused, and we understand that some customers may wish to cancel or make changes to orders made during this period. If this is the case, please drop us a line at, and we’ll do our best to help you with your query.

What’s more, we wanted to take this opportunity to update you on what we’re doing to keep our staff and customers safe. Safety is our number one priority after all, which is why all of our staff are currently in isolation to prevent further spread of the virus.

However, we’re also taking the opportunity to bolster our defences against COVID-19! That’s why we’ve increased and expanded our cleaning protocols across all areas, in addition to the existing safety measures, which includes the wearing of masks, and vaccination requirements for staff members. We are also ensuring that all Thrive deliveries are contactless, so you can rest assured that if you do continue to wait for your order, there’s no risk to you.
